Gary Schiltz, Ph.D. is a Research Professor in the Northwestern University Weinberg College of Arts and Sciences with nearly 20 yearss of professional experience in medicinal chemistry and drug discovery. He has led multiple early-stage drug discovery projects for oncology and CNS diseases in biotech and academia. His expertise is in developing novel molecular approaches to drug novel, key drivers of diseases that. Prior to Northwestern, he worked for Abbott Laboratories and deCODE Genetics. He received his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Illinois Chicago.
